Serie A

Serie A is football for people who like to think. Italian sides know how to shut a game down, win by a single goal and defend for the rest of the evening. Predicting it is less about who scores the most and more about reading how a tactical chess match will end. And a derby, where the table means nothing, can turn a whole round upside down.

Twenty clubs, thirty-eight rounds, August to May. Defences are well drilled, draws are common and a 1-0 is not boring here, it is a craft. Call wild high-scoring games every week and you will get burned; learn to read the coaches and the points follow.

Nail the exact score for the most points, get the winner right for fewer. Your pig doubles the points on one match, so save it for a game you truly believe in. Predictions close five minutes before kick-off, and notifications nudge you about anything still open.

The official RafiPick league is free and open to newcomers at any point of the season, because each round stands on its own. The table updates itself; your job is to predict and enjoy the Monday bragging rights.
