An office prediction league should be lunchtime banter, not a second job for whoever owns the spreadsheet. You know the drill: someone starts a shared sheet, keeps score for two weeks, and by week three everyone argues about who picked 2-1 and who picked 1-2.

    A group inside a public league follows that league's own rules — most public leagues allow groups, so you usually just join in. A sprint is your own office prediction league for a few weeks (a tournament or the playoffs), where you pick the matches and the scoring yourself.

What is free and where the limit is

Free for up to 20 players per group or sprint, plenty for most offices. A group follows the rules of the public league; a sprint has its own: up to 40 matches from any competitions and 30 days, one active sprint at a time for free.

Several departments? Create as many groups as you like — up to three per public league, each with its own leaderboard. A sprint also lets you pick the scoring (Classic or Hardcore) and the piggy, which doubles the points of one pick.

What if someone forgets to pick?

They get 0 points for that match, and it does not touch anyone else's score. The app sends reminders before the deadline, so forgetting is rare even in a busy office.
