A pub crew, family at the cottage, or old classmates — a prediction league with friends usually starts exactly where you argue about who calls the better score. The trouble is someone has to run the spreadsheet, and once the counting becomes a chore, the fun drains out fast.

    Choose how to play

    A group inside a public league follows that league's rules — most public leagues allow groups, so you usually just join and pick. A sprint is your own prediction league with friends for a few weeks, where you choose the matches from one or more competitions and the scoring yourselves.

    Name it and invite the crew

    Give the group or sprint a name after the crew and add an icon so everyone spots it instantly. The invite comes with a link and a QR code — drop it in the group chat or send it to whoever skips the chat.

    Pick and share the standings

    After every round the leaderboard updates itself and shows exactly who is leading right now. From five players onward, share the current standings into the chat with one tap straight from the leaderboard, so the fight for king of the crew never really has to stop.

What is free and where the limit is

A group or a sprint is free for up to 20 players, plenty for a pub crew or a big family. A group follows the rules of the public league; a sprint has its own: up to 40 matches and 30 days, one active sprint at a time for free.

Football mates and ice hockey friends at once? Create more groups — up to three per public league, each with its own leaderboard. A sprint also lets you pick the scoring and the piggy, which doubles one pick's points now and then.

Can we pick football and hockey?

Both, whether the pub crew lives for football or the family gathers around the ice hockey World Championship. A group plays whatever competition the public league follows; in a sprint you choose matches from either sport yourselves.

How are points counted?

A group follows the rules of its competition, so nobody argues about it over a pint. A sprint follows your choice: Classic (3-1-0), or the more generous Hardcore (5-3-1-0) if you want to keep the family invested.

What if someone in the crew forgets to pick?

They get zero points for that match, no drama at the next round of drinks. The app also sends a reminder before the deadline, so forgetting becomes the exception, not the rule.
